About the Northwest Florida Continuum of Care
The Northwest Florida Continuum of Care (CoC FL-511) is a regional partnership dedicated to ending homelessness. We coordinate critical housing and support services for individuals and families in need throughout our community.
Established through HUD, the program fosters community-wide commitment to homelessness solutions. We lead strategic responses, manage data, and oversee federal funding for housing and supportive services to ensure effective regional impact.
